Day - 1 : Guwahati - Jorhat (380 km/4 hours, Assam)
On arrival at Guwahati Airport, meet and greet our representative and transfer to Jorhat – its Tea plantations , Jorhat is also known as the tea capital of India.. On reaching here check into your hotel. Over Night, stay in Jorhat.
Day - 2 : Jorhat - Majuli (70km/3 hours, Assam)
After having breakfast drive Gibbon Wildlife Sanctuary– home to India’s only gibbons – the hoolock Gibbons. On reaching here you can walk inside the forest accompanied the forest Guard. Later drive to Majuli Island. Majuli is Known for Largest river island in the World and its 500 years old Vasnavite culture, Holy Satras and Mask making culture. Later visit Local village & Mishing Village. After that join the evening prayers in any of the Satras. Over Night, stay in Majuli.
Day - 3 : Majuli – Kaziranga (160km/4 hours, Assam)
Here early morning after having breakfast visit Aunaiati Satra, Kamolabari Satra, Garmur Satra. There after transfer to Kaziranga National Park – host for two third of world’s population of endangered Indian one horned Rhinoceros and also declared as a tiger reserve in 2006. On reaching Kaziranga visit Orchid Park – house of 600+ varieties of wild Orchids from different location of North East India. Night stay in Kaziranga.
Day - 4 : Kaziranga (Full Day Operation)
Here early morning you get ready to Elephant Safari (1st called 5:30 am and 2nd called 6:00 am). After breakfast visit Kakosang Waterfalls (1 hours trek). After having lunch enjoy Jeep Safari for almost 3 hours. Evening free for leisure. Night, stay in Kaziranga.
Day - 5 : Kaziranga – Shillong
Early morning after having breakfast transfer to Shillong – capital of Meghalaya, is home to numerous waterfalls and Scotland of East. On the way visit Umiam Lake – a mesmerizing man made reservoir. On reaching Shillong check in to your hotel. After freshen up explore famous Police Bazar – a flea market section which is pocket friendly and draws the maximum number of tourists owing to its traditional handicrafts, regional apparels, junk jewellery etc. over night stay in Shillong.
Day - 6 : Shillong - Cherrapunjee
Here after early having breakfast driver to Cherrapunjee –this route is always covered with clouds the clouds will surely amaze you and hence makes yours journey more beautiful and is one of the wettest places on the planet and the only place in India to receiver rain throughout the year. On reaching here visit Nohkolikai Waterfalls, Mawsumi Caves, Seven Sister Waterfalls, Wei Sawdong Waterfalls, Deainthelin Waterfalls. After visit those places check in to your hotel. Over night stay in Cherrapunjee.
Day - 7 : Cherrapunjee - Dawki - Mawlynnong - Shillong
After early breakfast get ready to drive Mawlynnong –this small village is well known around the world for its cleanliness. In fact, it won the title for the cleanest village in Asia in 2003 and also inn 2005. Here you can also visit Single Decker Living root Bridge – 300 years old manmade bridge built across a stream by intertwining the aerial roots of Rubber trees around a Betel tree trunk and Sky View Point – Bangladesh View. There after drive to drive to Dawki, here you can enjoy boating Umgot River – water of Umgot River is clear and transparent that the boats floating on it, look as if they are on a crystal glass surface. Later drive back to Shillong. Night, stay Shillong.
Day - 8 : Guwahati - Full day sightseeing
After breakfast drive to Guwahati. On reaching here you can visit Umananda – A Shiva Temple located at the Peacock Island in the middle of River Brahmaputra and also known small river Island on Earth. There after check in to your hotel. After freshen up enjoy Sunset(4 pm)/Sundown (5 pm)River Cruise on mighty Brahmaputra. Night, stay in Guwahati.
Day - 9 : Guwahati - Full day sightseeing ( Tour End )
Early morning visit KAMAKHYA TEMPLE.- situated in Nilachal Hills ( It is suggested that a special entry pass for the temple is obtained prior to the visit to avoid waiting time for direct payment basis). After Kamakhya Darshan drive back to your hotel. After freshen up check out form the hotel and transfer to Guwahati Airport to board of the flight for your onward destination.
